Error description

• When linking a DOORS requirement to a new ClearQuest record, if
  the submit form for the CQ record does not contain the record
  ID, this will be missing from the link properties as seen in the
  DOORS client. Typically the link will show a label such as
  ":Headline", instead of the expected "ID:Headline".
  
  Workaround:
  Add a control showing the ID field to the record submit form.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.0.5 and 9.0.1.1
  In the case when the "ID" or "NAME" field is not present on the
  ClearQuest form, the label will contain, at a minimum, the
  record's display name.
